About Simma Lieberman, the Inclusionist
Creating workplace cultures that support diversity, ensure equity for all and build inclusion and belonging is Simma’s lifetime work. Her passion for DEI started while growing up in the Bronx, New York. She joined people who wanted to stop discrimination in housing and public schools and learned to facilitate dialogues among Black, Brown and White people to break down barriers and solve community problems. Those experiences led to her deep competencies in Organizational Culture Transformation, Inclusive Leadership, Cultural Intelligence, Diversity/Inclusion Strategy, Conversations on Race and Dialogue Facilitation. Simma was the Winner of Global Diversity Leadership award from World HRD Congress in Mumbai in 2017.
