Her passion for DEI started while growing up in the Bronx\, New York. She joined people who wanted to stop discrimination in housing and public schools and learned to facilitate dialogues among Black\, Brown and White people to break down barriers and solve community problems. Those experiences led to her deep competencies in Organizational Culture Transformation\, Inclusive Leadership\, Cultural Intelligence\, Diversity/Inclusion Strategy\, Conversations on Race and Dialogue Facilitation.
