Finding your path to wellness

Daniella Dayoub seeks to empower people to find their own path to wellness. She knows that all of us have an inner wisdom that, if tapped into, provide us with all the tools we need to finally find the wellness we seek. Daniella attempts to debunk outdated nutritional and fitness beliefs. By disregarding the bombardment of misinformation and conflicting advice, people can finally learn what works for them!

Daniella has been a personal trainer in the Bay Area for the last 11 years working with all levels of clientele. She is certified through the National Association for Sports Medicine (NASM) with specialties in Corrective Exercise (CES) and Performance Enhancement (PES). She is also certified through the American Council on Exercise and has additional certifications to teach through YogaFit, TRX, and Lagree Fitness.

Daniella knows that the only way to truly find health is through both nutrition and fitness. This led her to further study with the National Institute of Whole health to be certified as a Whole Health Nutrition Educator.
