DESCRIPTION:Most of us have heard of CASA\, the program of Court Appointed Special Advocates for state dependent children. Do you know\, though\, where CASA fits into the system of social work and the courts? TMD member Trish Hayward will enlighten us about this vital program\, based on her experience as a CASA Volunteer. \nTrish is from the east coast\, but moved to the SF bay area in 1999. She is Managing Director of her firm\, Catalyst Strategies\, where she is involved in Strategic Planning and Corporate Growth Consulting.
