Sara Geber is a senior consultant with the Piras Group, organizational consultants. She has deep expertise in team building and facilitation of team events, communication training, conflict management and resolution, negotiation, and work-life balance.  She has a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior; M.A. in Education; B.A. in Psychology and is author of How to Manage Stress for Success.
