Noel Kreidler, speaker

Approximately 10% of the world’s population, or 650 million people, live with a disability. This is the largest minority group in the world, according to Disabled World. It’s also a minority group that anyone can join at any time.

Acquiring a disability is independent of race and sex, although more women acquire disabilities simply because women have a longer life expectancy than men. Therefore, the longer we live, the more likely we are to acquire a disability. Since we aren’t getting any younger, learn how to gracefully prepare for the potential of acquiring a disability.

Noel Kreidler, Principal Consultant at Kreidler Solutions, was born with a physical disability and brings her unique life experience as a person living with a disability to the forefront of her work and interactions with people. She’s enjoyed a successful career in Human Resources spanning high tech, higher education, non-profit, and retail environments for over 25 years, and is currently studying Interior Design at West Valley College in Saratoga, CA. Her life is in service to ensuring that all people have the opportunity to fully participate in society and that each person’s talents are appreciated and utilized in the workplace and beyond.
