Nitzan Cohen Arazi will share her take on 5 key factors which make Israel #1 in number of startups outside Silicon Valley.

Having served as commander in the Israeli air force, through being an investor to starting her own company, Nitzan will tell her personal story while putting an emphasis on the impact that the military service has in shaping Israeli people, and how that, alongside additional ingredients, cultivates a culture of innovation.

Nitzan Cohen Arazi, co-founder of Jolt, was named Forbes 30 under 30 in 2016. Nitzan comes from a management and communications background. Former investment manager at the early stage venture arm of Deutsche Telekom in Tel-Aviv, and Managing Director of “The Junction”, Israel’s first start-up accelerator.
