The session will also address common concerns such as safety\, arthritis\, osteoporosis\, and “Where do I even start?” This presentation is designed for women at all fitness levels and will focus on realistic\, achievable ways to build and maintain strength—no gym experience required. Expect practical insights\, encouragement\, and evidence-based guidance you can use right away. \nMaggie Yule is a passionate health and fitness professional with a deep understanding of helping people become stronger and enjoy a higher quality of life. She is certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and specializes in slow-motion strength training and brain health training. Maggie’s journey into personal training began after rehabilitating shoulder and back injuries of her own. Through strategic\, intelligent strength training\, she restored full range of motion and discovered a level of strength and vitality she never thought possible. Today\, at 65\, Maggie feels stronger than she did in her 40s and 50s and she brings that same belief and experience to every client she works with. \nClients benefit from Maggie’s thoughtful\, individualized approach to fitness\, with goals that include building strong bones\, improving balance\, increasing muscle mass and tone\, and developing a strong core. Her training helps make everyday movements—like putting luggage in the overhead without help\, getting up off the floor & playing with grandkids—feel simple\, confident\, and pain-free.
