Love Your Life Now! 6 Steps to Loving Your Life Now, No Matter What

June 19, 2014 @ 7:30 am - 9:00 am PDT

Join Kat as she guides us through 6 essential secrets for living with zest, confidence, and radiance—no matter what.

Kat knows firsthand what it’s like to share the angst of change, re-invention, and redefinition. Seven years ago, after ending a marriage of 34 years, she stood in front of a mirror and asked. “Who is that woman? It can’t be me!” Staring back at her was someone she didn’t like. At that moment she resolved to transform her attitude. She sold everything she owned, packed up her car and drove to San Francisco to start a new life—from scratch.  What followed was not what she expected. Instead of triumph and jubilation, she encountered chaos, desperation, guilt, fear, jealousy, lust, lots of painful lessons and plenty of doubt. She was more scared and alone than ever.

Somehow, she had to create an escape hatch. Drawing from her Masters in Social Work – with a specialty as a therapist around women’s sexuality, her professional years as a sales trainer in corporate America, and her own tumultuous experiences, she created her six-step plan to manage the challenge of starting all over again, in her 50’s. She created a system for loving life now that saved her life – and motivated her to do the work she is doing today.

Now, it’s her joy to inspire you on your journey. The most challenging project and the hardest person to motivate is always your own self. Take the next step and learn to love your life now. After all, you’re worth it!

Kat is a speaker, author of 2 books, and a personal Love-Your-Life-Now coach. She’s a Michigan native living in the Bay Area. Kat attended the University of Michigan and University of Cincinnati.
