DESCRIPTION:Linda Alepin is the Founding Director of Global Women’s Leadership and Executive Professor of Entrepreneurship at Santa Clara University. Prior to her academic and not for profit career\, Linda was a corporate executive in both startups and large corporations.  \n \nHer career roots were at IBM and then Amdahl where she rose to be an officer and spearheaded the multi-billion turnaround of the company in 1993/4. She was the CEO of Center for New Futures\, a leadership consultancy with many high tech clients. In a day when women were only dreaming about breaking through the glass ceiling\, Linda shattered it.
