Kim has led Sarbanes-Oxley compliance initiatives\, financial statement audits\, internal audits\, special accounting and process re-engineering projects.  \nShe spent 8 years in public accounting with Arthur Andersen working on initial public offerings\, revenue recognition\, SEC reporting projects\, and mergers and acquisition due diligence and  integration. In 2013\, Kim was the recognized by Silicon Valley Business Journal as one of the 100 Most Influential Women.
