TMD co-founder Kate Purmal spoke about her new book\, “Strong Voices\, Real Choices”\, about how some professional women are balancing work with their family life. A compilation of real stories\, the book provides an overview of the most common options – working less as an employee and becoming a consultant or “free agent” – while focusing in-depth on making part-time and job share options work. Kim and Kate also shared their learnings from these projects on how to realize our professional dream projects.
